Yujing He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Yujing practice focuses on debt capital market transactions, where she advises investment banks and issuers on a wide range of offshore bond offerings, including investment-grade bonds with diverse credit enhancement structures. She has represented issuers across various industries, with a notable focus on PRC state-owned enterprises. Her experience also includes bond restructuring and advising clients on initial public offerings (IPOs).
