Advised Zijin Mining Group Co. Ltd. on a proposed public issuance of A shares

Advised Zijin Mining Group Co. Ltd. (stock code: 2899) (Zijin), as Hong Kong counsel, on a proposed public issuance of not more than 3,400,000,000 A shares, for a gross proceeds of up to RMB8 billion. The China Securities Regulatory Commission has approved the A-shares issuance on 29 August 2019.

Zijin is a China-based company principally engaged in the exploration, mining, smelting and sales of gold and other metal minerals.
