Max obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the City University of Hong Kong. He completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same establishment in 2023.

 

Max mainly assists partners and associates in capital markets transactions, including debt capital market transactions, bond issuance, listed companies’ compliance and other general commercial and corporate matters.

 

Max is proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
