Marco Yip received his undergraduate education at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in professional accounting and finance.  Thereafter, he worked as an external auditor in the banking and capital markets sector and was registered as a Certified Public Accountant before joining the legal industry.  Marco subsequently completed Juris Doctor and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws programmes at The University of Hong Kong.

 

Marco primarily focuses on debt capital market transactions.  He also gained extensive experience in general civil and criminal litigation before joining DeHeng Hong Kong. 

 

Marco is proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
