Kathy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and International Relations from King’s College London, and Juris Doctor degree from City University of Hong Kong. She completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same establishment in 2024.

Kathy mainly assists partners and associates in capital markets transactions, including debt capital market transactions, bond issuance, listed companies’ compliance and other general commercial and corporate matters.

Kathy is proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
