Hayden obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Hong Kong. She completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same establishment in 2022. She was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2024.

Hayden primarily focuses on debt capital market transactions, bond issuance, fund establishment as well as other general corporate and commercial matters.

Hayden is proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
