Ada was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong SAR in 2023. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws and the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2020 and 2021 respectively.

 

Ada has assisted in a wide range of cases including insolvency matters, commercial disputes, and assets recovery.

Apart from commercial litigation, she also has experience in handling matrimonial matters, including children issues, financial disputes, third party interests and settlements.

• Represented creditors in lodging a winding-up petition on the ground of inability to repay debts against debtors

• Represented a liquidator in respect of claims against the former directors of the liquidated company
